On Saturday October 17th at the Halifax Shopping Centre, LeBlanc Taekwon-Do and Fitness Club and Century 21 Admiral Cove joined forces with Regis Hair Salon to help raise money to battle Breast Cancer.

Together we raised $1,955.00. Mr. LeBlanc donated a six month membership including dobok and Paulette Upshall of Century 21 Admiral Cove donated a beautiful basket full of beauty supplies. All of the revenue brought in by ticket sales was donated to Breast Cancer Research.

The students of LeBlanc Taekwon-Do also participated in "Casual Training Days". If a student donated $5 to the Breast Cancer fund, he/she was able to train in casual clothes or anything they felt comfortable in. Regis Hair
Salon provided $15 hair cuts with all proceeds going to the cause. It was a fantastic day, topped off by a LeBlanc Taekwon-Do Demonstration which was very well received by the crowd in attendance. We look forward
to doing more charity events in the future. Mr. LeBlanc is very dedicated to ensuring his students are put in situations to help build a more peaceful world.
