Master Stanley, ICTF Executive Vice President, and 7th Dan, has graciously accepted to be the first Master to be interviewed in our new "Ask the ICTF Master" section. Every month, we will feature a new Q&A with a different ICTF Master. All questions will be submitted by you, ICTF members. We will review all the questions and the best ones will be featured here on the ICTF website.

On Saturday, January 30th, we had the honour and privilege of welcoming Master Cariati to Halifax for the first invitational ICTF seminar held in Nova Scotia.  The seminar was comprised of two sessions, 11 years and under and 12 years and above.  

Topics were:  patterns, sparring techniques, self defence and body condition.  Master Cariati's vast experience, expertise and excellent teaching skills revitalized the over 100 participants from both the ICTF and the CTFI/ITF. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the intense knowledge packed sessions, gaining new insight and understanding of the techniques developed by the founder of Ch'ang-Hon Taekwon-Do, General Choi.
